The Lagos State Government recently signed an MOU with a Chinese firm, Yihai Kerry Arawana Holding Co. Ltd for improving productivity in the rice production and processing value chain.
The Lagos Government Rice Value Chain team led by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Agriculture & Food Systems, Dr. Oluwarotimi Fashola visited the company to learn activities of the project and they were received at the headquarters in Shanghai by its Vice President, Mr. Niu Yuxin and the Executive Director, International of the Yihai Kerry, Mr. Wang Wei.
